I’m Trinh Ngoc Hieu, a Product Designer working across AI-powered products, PropTech, and e-commerce. My technical background helps me turn complex workflows into experiences that work not only in design files, but also when they’re built and used.
Most recently at DX FutureTech, I owned end-to-end design across Druce’s agent, customer, merchant, and internal platforms. I also helped define new AI product experiences and built token-based design systems that support consistency across brands and surfaces.
Before that, I designed commercial tools at TIKI, including Seller Center Next-Gen, pricing, and supply planning. My work contributed to 90%+ user satisfaction on new experience flows and helped bring greater consistency across 10+ commercial tools.

I owned end-to-end design for Druce across four connected surfaces: an agent app, a customer app, a merchant app, and an internal portal. The work brought complex property, transaction, and compliance workflows into usable experiences across mobile and web.
I also helped define greenfield AI products, built two token-based design systems, and established design and handoff standards for the team.
